Introduction

Hello,

My name is Jeff Verellen. I'm a student small and medium enterprises at plantijn and KDG hogeschool in Antwerp. In the past 3 years that I've lived in Antwerp it appeared to me that there is a great lack of good american food in this beautiful city. As an enthousiast of the the american classics I aim to create a place where one can venture for a great meal as if one were at a classic diner or deli in the states. I hope that within a few years, I can christen a true deli, to be proud of.
